Sky Technical support are no help, they don’t have a clue. I had done everything, and I have just gone through the whole thing again, but still I only get the app window to pop up and say looking for update and then close down on me, so th all is still not working. I have tried installing and uninstalling a number of times, cleared the junk, emptied the recycle bin… I have deleted and installed the app, I have deleted the app and waited over night and it still just opens, looks for updates and closes down.
